Performing a Detailed Inspection

We can conduct Ground and Aerial inspections of your tree to investigate, insect and record information on the tree. This is vital as sometimes the problem area of the tree may not be in an area visible from the ground, or the true extent of the problem might not be immediately visible. This is usually the case in trees with very dense crowns or very tall trees or both!

We may have to climb the trees or use our drone in order to complete our inspections and arboricultural surveys.

Checking for Planning Permission

If you are in a conservation area or under a Tree Preservation Order then planning permission may be required - it's best to check before any work is undertaken as you can be fined or prosecuted.

All landowners have a common legal ‘Duty of Care’ under the Occupiers Liability Act 1957-1984. This usually requires an arboricultural tree survey to check for pests, decay and structural integrity. It is a legal requirement to ensure that your trees are safe, and trees must be inspected regularly by a suitably qualified person.
Our expert team can guide you on any aspect of tree surveys, inspections and planning help from start to finish.
